Orders will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days after order completion. Please note that all books ordered during the week of July 17-24, 2024, will be shipped out 1-3 business days after July 25th, 2024.

Returns

You can return any undamaged book with its original receipt within 14 days of receiving it, and we will exchange it or refund your payment based on the original method. Please note the following: Returns are only accepted in the country of purchase. If your book arrived damaged, please email a photo to info@insightaccessibilities.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will send you a new book free of charge.
